I have known this girl for a while and we started going out about a week and 4 days is it to soon to try and make a move to kiss her and if so how would I make that move because I haven't kissed anyone before and I'm 14 btw

In my opinion, I don't know if there IS a too soon... just whenever you feel comfortable with it, and you say you've known her for a while, so I don't see anything wrong with it.

I dont think a kiss at this stage would be any problem , Just do what is comfortable for both of you
