Invited to like a Facebook page?

So when someone creates a facebook page and and they invite you to like it, is that just like a mass invite that gets sent out to all their friends or is it something you have to go through and send one by one?

Not really sure how it works but this guy did it to me and it kinda threw me because I haven't thought about him in a long time.

It depends, there's both options, i think. You can either manually select who will be sent the invites (even just one person!) or invite all your friends.

When you make a page, in the "Invite friends" section is a list with everyone in you're friends list on it. To invite them, you tick the box beside their Icon on the list and then click "Invite selected friends"
Personally it pisses me off to no end, and I have deleted friends over it

Its individual. I made a page for my Expedition to India so people could keep up to date with my fundraising etc. You get a list of people in your friends list and then have to invite them individually.

As said before, its individual, I'm not sure about the existence of a button that says "Invite all friends".
