My penile length is 15.2cms (5.8inches) & my penis girth is 13.9cms (5.4inches). What is the correct condom to use (considering I find regular condoms far too tight)??

Just try larger sizes until you find something that matches you.

When I went on Vacation there was a condom, unused that I found in the room... It was HUGE on me, so I suggest maybe the Trojan BareSkin or something like taht.

Well, I can give you a perfect answer if you would be so kind as to say what the width of your dick is at the base. Lol
however assuming that it may be 5.4" in circumference at the base, I would guess about 2" in width.. So if that is the case.. Some options would be:
either Durex Extra Strength, or Extra Sensitive. or Trojan ENZ
however Lifestyles Extra Strength or Lifestyles Skyn my be sightly looser
Magnums would be MUCH too large.. More for like a 6" circumference

Try the trojan extasy (sp) I'm between regular and magnum size and they have more room where I need it.

Get a few different sizes. Then regularly buy the ones that you find comfortable.

I just wanted to provide clarification, I am 2.1 inches in thickness and now 6 inches in girth length is still 5.8 inches. The condom is for sex in the future.
Out of curiosity what difference does it make whether or not I am using it for sex or masturbation?

With your penis size you should be using normal sized, possibly even small. A condom needs to be on tight and firm and normal size condoms are generally made for a length up to 18cm and a girth around yours. (They're all normed, at least in standard sizes) A big condom might slip off.
While it may feel "too tight" for you, do keep in mind that a condom needs to be on rather tight - just tight enough not to be painful. And some people simply do not like the tight feeling of wearing a condom at all - I know I don't.
Are the condoms you tried past the expiration date? That can make them tighter and drier and they should not be used after the date under any circumstances.

regular should still fit, don't go small because you don't need to :)

The names of the condom sizes are rather misleading, small is only ever-so-slightly smaller than "normal" and is actually CLOSER to the size of an average penis. While large is only 0.2cm wider(!!) than normal and mainly exists to make people feel better about their penis.
