Awkward Texting

Okay so with my friends and this new kid I just met who I started to hangout with, im al the first one texting them which makes me feel really annoying. Like especially when I see they text other friends it makes me feel like they don't want to talk to me. Does anyone else havinle the same problem?

If you are he one who recieves them why don't you be the one who texts first sometimes?

I know this feeling, everytime I text some of my friends I was feel awkward texting them first, I feel like I'm annoying them and hope they text me first. If I have to I text them first but try not too, weird right? My conversations vary depending if they respond or not....but yeah, don't feel like your the only one.

they text me first though sometimes i text them first and our conversations take a long time,we usually talk about our girlfriends and stuff that happened at school

I absolutely hate texting from my phone, I just use FB chat for messages. When people text me I usually dont reply unfortunately :P

There was a girl who I was really good friends with last year, and even though we went to the same school, we always texted each other after school and sometimes before school, and on weekends, and sometimes at really weird hours like 2am, and it was nearly always her texting me first, cause I was too worried I'd interrupt her and annoy her, cause she is often with her boyfriend out of school, or at parties.

Honestly, nobody texts me unless I text them first. It's really not a big deal. If you really care that much, talk to your friend or friends about. Say things like I really wish you guys would text me more often. Trust me they'll understand :)
