You know that feeling

You know that feeling when you realize that your whole world is crashing and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Like day after day, the desire to stop breathing is more and more. That feeling where your bed is your best friend at night and in the morning it's your enemy because you're still alive. I know people have it worst, I know that some people only have months to live but me? I feel like I died a long time ago, and it's time my body follows me.

Yes, I know the feeling because I've been there before.. A while ago now, but not something I'll forget easily..! But then I got over it, I became more engaged in life's little splendours, discovered new music, arts, friends e.t.c. I understand how you must be feeling, and I just thought I'd let you know, you're not alone XD Hang in there, you'll see it all gets better soon :)
