If need help with manual settings for a sea sunrise time lapse do I put f-stop at like 5.6 to let in light but then glare or 20 ish for lower light also about 1/20 shutter? What iso?

Is this one photo or are you going to put multiple photos together into a video

If it is one photo -- use a low ISO, a slow shutter speed, and a narrow aperture (I use f/5.6 for daytime works and f/11 or f/22 for nighttime stuff)
