Unable to download game from windows store

Hey guys, I'm a beta tester for a game called Project Spark, and despite my specs meeting up to the minimal requirements I am unable to download the game. Its in the windows 8 store.

Does anyone know if there is a way to bypass this?

Is it in another region? If so, use a VPN.
Or try asking the maker of the game, maybe they'll send you a copy.

Like he said, use a VPN or just contact the devs.
Also, I didn't even think Windows Store was still a thing.
