So hi....i know this is a low reason to why im self harming and you may call me a retarded fuck but the thing is i hit myself in the head whenever i lose a game. This is just happening to me maybe 5 or 6 months now im not like this when im fraustrated in a game. There was this one time i threw my camera and it smashed through a giant picture frame breaking it.Now my fraustration or anger issues is also now affecting my real life someitmes when i get pick on at school i get really mad and i hit some walls or something. One time i punched my friend in the face and apparently i blacked out for a bit there.Do i need to go to a psychiatrist? do i have a bipolar disorder? i think i have bipolar disorder cause example someone asks me it immideatly annoys me and i shout at them and then later i would get guilty for what i did.

Actually, sometimes when I get in the "self harming" mindframe, what i do instead of cutting or burning is headbutting the wall.....

I doubt you have bipolar, but of course I am not a medical professional and the only person that could tell you is a professional, so if you want to see if you do have that, get yourself checked out. As for what you're doing, you sound like you have anger issues more than anything and lash out at whatever is near. I used/I do that too, I punch things when I'm angry instead of punching someone else. If it's affecting you a lot in real life, I do suggest that you talk to someone to manage the anger issues.

Hehe! OK that sounded a little funny. Sorry just reminded me of a joke I told someone today that involved hiring one self in the head with a mallot lol
Any how...regain composure here... No that's not bi polar. You could talk to some one if you want. Hit things, not people if you can help it. I have a problem like that :S

When I started entering puberty is when I started self harming (including hitting myself
in the head and slapping my face) and also started getting aggressive with others.
Most of it had to do with clinical depression and a saratonin imbalance.
But... also that i was starting to produce testosterone had something to do with it.

Well, I don't think you're the only one with anger issues, I experience those all the time, but I try to just disconnect from the world for a few seconds (or minutes if necessary) and think about it, cuz I found out hitting walls wasn't the best way to do it, well, after totally wrecking my right fist.
