spots on the butt

there is this real problem .
there are tiny tiny black spots on my butt.
and it looks really embarassing.

what is the problem and are there any method by which i can remove them?

they are actually all over .
concentrated on the cheek area mainly.

well it sounds like blackhead spots to me, if there sore go to a doctor so he can give u some cream for it.

WEll do they itch?
If they do then maybe you should try washing a little better down there and if they don't clear up or if they get worse in maybe 2 days then go see el doctoro!
