It's been a hard year for me, studying from 8 AM - 11 PM. Naturally, I had to quit my previous RPG, RuneScape.

And I'm free again! :D

I'm wondering what good RPG's are out there... It doesn't feel right to have free vacation time and not level up/grind :P
I'm looking for a F2P with optional subscription MMO (that is, no CASH, GOLD or w/e) that isn't fully PvP oriented, has non-combat levels (because GRIND) or isn't button mashing. (Man I'm picky)

Any suggestions?

I don't know what you just said, but try the Golden Sun series. It will prove entertaining. Just remember an emulator.

Well since you are looking for MMOs and not really RPGs I'll suggest a few MMOs
Dungeons & Dragons Online - A challenging and action oriented MMO that is free with optional membership.
Realm of the Mad God - Its mad 8bit fun and free, what else do you want?

There are a lot of private WoW servers. I played on Emerald Dream, it had 1x incomed meaning that it had all quests. They shut down the serber so now I am playing on Rebirth.

Final fantasy and Mother 1, 2 ( especially 2 a.k.a earthbound ) and 3,
are the classics and imo the best.

If you have Steam there are at least 30 of those types of mmorpg games in the "Free To Play" section of the store.

Well if going retro is an option, the Secret of Manna for SNES is a cracker XD
