Okay so here is my dilemma. Me and my girlfriend have been dating since we were 13 so five years, about 6 months ago we finally broke down and started having sex. You could ask her WHY she feels like she cant give you a good experience, and ask her if you are hurting her emotionally, It's usually best to just ask instead of worry and not know for sure.
So, if she is losing confidence, you can focus on what she wants to do..
