Lonely

I'm 14, I'm ok looking I think and I'm quiet nerdy, when Im not in a relasionship I feel really lonely but when I'm in one I tend to panic and break it off, could I have some advice please, I think I'd be ok if I found a girl who actually likes me and is into the same things as me but I'd have to be really comfortable with her. I really need help on this.

Try and jut have fun in your teenage years, don't get into serious relationships yet. Build up friendships with people, including girls, because that creates a foundation for a relationship(being friends first). If they are your friends they are bound to have common interests and you can be comfortable around them.
