This has been happening to me ever since I can remember. My family wont take me to the doctor because they think I'm actually going crazy and there isn't anything going on x3
When I'm listening to music, or a noise comes up really close to my right ear, I feel a weird feeling in my back on the right side. It's really hard to explain, but it makes me jerk to the side and it looks really weird. It's almost like a tingling sensation, but way deep down in my muscles. Sometimes it doesn't bug me, but when I'm listening to music as soon as I remember my 'issue' or there's something louder in the song that stands out, it starts happening again. Sometimes when I'm trying to get to sleep and I'm lying on my left side, my brain decides it's gonna be an ass and it makes me imagine noises and it starts happening. It's all really uncomfortable and annoying.
What the hell is going on? Has anyone else ever had this? Am I just going crazy? D:

I have never heard of this happening before, but i'm no Doctor. I think maybe seeing one is in order tho, just so you can get peace of mind

I honestly do no know what it is, but cuz it may be some strange nerve connection, I would see a doctor. It may be that you have an abnormal nerve running from the aforementioned ear to the side of your back, maybe its a mutation of your genes or something. I dunno, could be quite a few different things.

I have some messed up neurology, and something I never considered
important is that i get twinges to separate places at once. Like i could easily
have a pricking sensation in mt ear and also somewhere in my back. Or in
my eyeball and the bottom of my foot etc etc. I always just figured all those
nerves are connected. And being extra sensitive to light and sound i sometimes
get tingly sensations with both. Like when i go out in bright sunlight i get a tingly
feeling in the roof of my mouth. And loud noises kinda cause my back to knot up.
I think usually when something has been going on "forever" and has not gotten worse
it is usually probably just a quirk. But like Alex said, a doc checking it would give you
piece of mind.
