If you are really close I don't see any harm in telling him.

Honestly, if it was my sister i would lie because i know she would go tell my parents and i wouldn't like that. Unless you want to take the risk of him telling people, you shouldn't tell him. :)

I don't recommend you lie to him since he never lies to you and it would be just awful to lie while he considers you his best friend and tells you his secrets however if you don't want him to know I would suggest that you tell him something like I don't really like talking about my sex life with you since you're my brother and it just feels awkward and makes me uncomfortable.. hope that helps a little

You shouldn't have to if you don't want to, he is your brother yes, but it isn't his business when it comes down to it. If you want to tell him because you can trust him with secrets then sure go for it, but don't feel like you have to.
