Feeling like I won't be alive for too much longer?

So I have depression, and I self harm and blah blah blah. But recently I've been having this weird feeling, like when people talk about years into the future or stuff like that, I feel like I won't be alive to see it. Like it feels like I wont be alive much longer. Does anyone else ever get this feeling?

I do, and it's a side-effect of PTSD - which I have. do you have that? there's lots of mental disorders that have that though. I thought I was weird till I found that out.

I don't think I havee PTSD, I'm pretty sure I just have depression and some anxiety.

Well, it still could be just the depression speaking. It wouldn't be anything not common if that's what it is, that's for sure. I hope you get to feeling better about it. I'm in that position and I'm quite depressed at the moment. :/
