Finally starting counselling!

Well I'm finally able to start counselling, and I'm going to see a neurologist too because it might be something physical with my head. VT has really helped me a lot in the last few months so I'd just like to say thanks to everyone here who has given me advice and helped me :) :hug:

yeah I've been getting counseling and seeing neurologists
for a long time. it has helped me to live a happier life.
