Very normal. When its warmer it hangs loose, and when its colder they tighten up. Its to keep sperm at a constant temperature. Loose to cool the area down, tight to warm the area up.

Im exactly like that, most of the time my balls are shiveled up, its to keep the sperm from dying because of too much heat or cold

so its normal

Yup, like he said. It's just your body keeping your sperm at the optimum temperature.

Yup. Mine are the same. Theyre loose most of the time but if its cold they shrivel up. Very normal. It's probably the same as like nipping out when its cold.

Ah, those balls dropping again! Listen, if they drop, pick them up immediately, the '3 second rule' doesn't count, they're very fragile! LOL!

OK, OK, i'm getting a little punchy, I apologize, but the 'balls dropping' (along with the equally graphic yet totally incorrect 'Blue balls') gives me the dreaded 'Sam eye roll'.

Balls do NOT drop, they move into the scrotum before birth where they stay firmly anchored for life. They're in there, outside the body cavity, because sperm production occurs most efficiently at temps lower than body temp. So, the scrotum is actually a muscular little sac that raises and lowers the testes (where sperm are made) to keep the temp uniform, and uniformly lower than body temp. So, when it's cold, the dartos muscles in the scrotum contract, bringing the testes closer to the body, where it's warmer, and when it warm, they relax, lowering the testicles where it is cooler.

So, what you're noticing is completely normal, and completely automatic, it's your body regulating itself to maintain optimium performance.

your balls will loosten and tighten to maintain the perfect temp for sperm production so its completly normal!!
