100% normal. You just have a long foreskin, as do many other guys out there. No cause for concern. And if you can't maintain an erection without touching youre penis, then thats just how you are, so no need to worry either :)

My foreskin doesn't go back either by itself - i gotta pull it back.
Your size seems fine - you gotta remember that a male grows into their twenties so plenty of time yet.
The touching - thats normal too. Lots of guys do different things to keep themselves stimulated

It's normal, you just have a tighter foreskin. :)
