According to some studies, guilt comes after masturbation because the brain immediately shuts off thoughts and hormones of sex after an orgasm. In turn without that sex drive going, you're left with the guilty feeling like you've done something wrong or embarrassing. In the normal world however, everyone masturbates to an extent and it is not something to feel guilty over. :)
