When do most guys start puberty? And am I late? (I started at late 13 and early 14. I also I'm appearently 3.5 or 3.6 into puberty.)

I started 12 yrs old . You are right in the "Normal" range which means 11-15 your okay. Penis sizes, you'll never know what you what get when you grow up. Dont worry though thats not too small. And is that erect or non erect

Okay well thats not too small most males get to be around five or six and guys usually dont stop going through puberty till about 20 something so no need to worry about your friends being bigger or smaller, or you being normal. You probably are and so they probably will be too.

Puberty happens when it happens. Most boys start around 12-13. Some are early bloomers, and some are late, and there is nothing wrong at all! You start when you start and you can't really do anything about it.

It really varies for everyone. Some people start really early, some start super late. You're not late, 13-14 is normal to start puberty. I started at 11.

9 for boys (and 7/8 for girls) is considered an early bloomer. Any signs before that is known as "precocious puberty", and parents should seek medical help. signs of starting are from about 11 to 14. 14 and you are a bit of a late bloomer. If there are NO signs AT ALL at 16, its known as "delayed puberty", and again, medical help can be used to "kick things off". Note that these are reference points for when puberty should at least start. The order of what should happen, in what order, when, and how long for can vary wildly from person to person, and why we can vary from our peers during our teen years as some people start early and others later. As the whole process can take several years too, id does mean that we can start and finish quickly or take several years (and up to about 20) before everything is finished, without knowing when it will finish :-(

Nope that's a normal age. Some start earlier and some start later. :)
