Lately things haven't be.going so well and I needed someone to taldadk to so I called my step Who lives a coulpe hours away and told him I had broke my no cutting streak he said that I had to tell my mom by Saturday or he would but I don't know how she doesnt known i cut at all how do I tell her should I just let him tell her?

telling people is very very difficult, i have never told anyone, but if you really dont know how to go about telling your mother it is not wrong not to tell her yourself. it might be easier to have someone else tell her so she can come to you and you will lose the massive pressure of hiding it because she will know and you will be able to move towards solving the problem more problem. i hope things get better for you

Let him tell. My parents found out when I cut so deep I bled all over my room and couldn't hide it. Of to A&e for stitches.
