Your opinion of the Twilight series??

What did you think of the Twilight series?

I dont.....put it that way.... Read/watch "Let The Right One In" (watch the original version from 2008), Then tell me all about Twilight XD honestly....Sparkly Vampires....just my opinion tho...

The only thing I really know about it is, I saw one of the movies at someone's house and it literally put me to sleep.

Personally I thought it was great, except for the romance.

I read the first book, and that was enough.

The writing is poor, and the main character justifies wanting a relationship with an abusive boyfriend (who watches her sleep for hours). This isn't the least bit "romantic" and is quite frankly, creeptacular. If this happened to me in real life, I'm promising that police would be involved.

I read all the books, I thought they were good, but the movies didn't do the books any justice, sort of dissappointing

I have to admit, watching her sleep is over the top.

I have never read the books, and I have only watched the second-last movie (part one of breaking dawn) and it was terrible, because I hate any movie that openly defies the basic laws of superstition, like vampires who only sparkle in sunlight. If the story was true somehow, where did the "bursts into holy flames at the touch of sunlight" legend come from? I also think the pregnancy scene (which is about half the movie) was stupid. They didn't have to stage half a movie with a woman screaming when a vampire/human baby eats her alive and inside out! Don't you agree with me?!

Oh yeah, an I also prefer werewolves over vampires.

I never read it or watched the movies, and after knowing a little more about the series I don't think I ever will. Not my cup of tea.

I haven't seen all the movies, but I've read the books. I wasn't awarre that half of one was a pregnancy scene.

I read it when I was younger but didn't think much of it. Then the movies came out and after seeing the first two I refused to have anything to do with Twilight ever again.
