I think it is. But to be honest with you, I don't tend to worry about it that much any more. I used to freak out over every little 'news' story I heard about The Illuminati on YouTube. Now I don't bother. If you listen to everything that YouTube tells you, you'd be paranoid about absolutely everything.

I do still think that it's real, though, and that it's bad. But I don't think that everything that people try to say about it is the truth. As for the list of members, that's mostly bull, too. If you were to accuse everyone in the public eye who makes triangle hand gestures an Illumniati member, then most of the famous people in the world would be in the Illuminati. It's ridiculous.

I don't think that anyone can say that it's real or not, though. There is a lot of evidence. But whether or not most of that evidence is fact or fiction, well...

In relation to all this my parents once went to the Scientology recruiting office in London and took some of their tests pretending to be interested in it. Apparently they were very likely to reach greatness if they started going to (extremely expensive) Scientology therapy. Honestly though, the fact that it's a religion invented by a science FICTION author should be an indicator of how fake it is.

The way see it is that there probably is a lot of crap that the politicians and rich people are pulling behind the scenes, but I doubt that it's part of some sort of global conspiracy to subjugate humanity. It would just be too complicated and inefficient.
