My depression has gotten A LOT worse lately and for the past couple nights I have broken down and cut, this time worse than I normally do. All I need is a good friend to talk to anytime who is willing to help me get through these tough times. I know it sounds needy but it would really help. I'm feeling pretty hopeless about this whole thing...

I'm sorry to hear about you breaking down, and hope you feel better soon... I can though empathize with you, since I myself relapsed yet again over the past few nights.. :/
But if you're looking for a friend or someone to talk to, VT is the perfect place, we won't judge you and everyone are nice people and willing to help.
