The same way you meet a girl, if you are bi you would date whoever you have a connection with, if a guy comes along that you like then go for him, just make it like you would with a girl.

I used to spend my vacation in NYC, its a big city so I'm pretty sure of it that there are places for you to go to meet them, the guys you're looking for are practically everywhere, you can meet them at school, work, shopping malls (especially at Macy's) or even online. Just keep on looking around and be as sociable as you can so you get introduced with lots of people.

Going to clubs is the easiest way to meet guys. (like the B Lounge somewhere in Valhalla) then you could also go to sports league or somewhere else where guys hang out. I see there are a lot of teen guys outside the Knicks stadium.

Idk if you know this place already but If you're not just looking for a hook up to catch a disease then you can check for youth events at "The Center" that is located down on the 13th St. It's a huge community place in New York for the LGBT. Goodluck
