I have a question.Why would my height not be increasing? I have full pubic hair,armpit hair,a happy trail,mustache and my dick is 6.2 inches hard and 3.7 soft.I can ejaculate thick white sperm too.

Puberty is tied to everything but each thing is separate. Like hair will grow fast in some areas and slow in others, like how you may have a big penis but small balls, and how for you specifically you are shorter while everything else grows. Just give it more time, your height will catch up to the rest of you :)

Puberty happens different for everyone :) It could just be that you are a short guy like me, but it's most likely that you will grow :)

You're only 4'11?! actually you're an inch taller then me.
yeah i can see how that could make things worse being developed
everywhere but height. the only way to know for sure is to get
examined by a doctor. They can run tests to see how tall you may
be, what rate you are growing, what if anything is slowing your
growth etc. With me I'm just small right now and will prolly hit a
growth spurt... someday.

You've got plenty of time to grow since you're only 13. Puberty doesn't always go as you expect or want it to.

It takes a long time for a height increase. :) Some people just stop growing and keep growing other body parts.
