Hey guys, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT-P3113 and while trying to flash a new stock rom onto it in odin I encounter this error:

<ID:0/003> File analysis..
<ID:0/003> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/003> Initialzation..
<ID:0/003> Set PIT file..
<ID:0/003> DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!
<ID:0/003> Can't open the specified file. (Line: 1949)
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
I'm wondering if anyone knows what this is, I'm running windows 8 and tried running odin with and without administrator permisions
EDIT:
I was able to get it to start but accidentally unplugged the USB while in the process of flashing, my tablet no longer lets me boot into Recovery or ODIN mode and I get the error: Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again.
However Kies is not detecting my tablet.
