Firstly being circumcised should have no affect on cumming (there's a real mix of both cut and uncut boys on this site). Do U ever get to the point when you feel like "your gonna pee". If you do, you're nearly there - keep going. Do you feel like you get a dry orgasm, or do you get any precum?

I agree with this guy that you should use some sort of lube to see if that helps you. If you can't get actual lube, then use cream or Vaseline which will do the job. As long as you're getting the peeing feeling, then you're masturbating right. You just may not have developed down there, yet, to make cum. I was the same way, and your first ejaculation will happen sooner than later especially since you're developed in other ways. If it means anything, cumming is pain because you have to clean up unlike now you can have as many orgasms as you want without having to worry about cleaning up.
