So, my penis head is pink and the top of the shaft is too, like white people skin pink, and then there is this ring and it gets darker, does anyone have this?

The ring is your circumcision scar. Between the scar and the head is what was the inner part of your foreskin (when you had it) and is now exposed. The skin on the other side of the scar is outer skin and it is the color your your outer foreskin would have had. It took me some time to understand that the scar is where the inner and outer skin join up. Anyhow it is interesting when they are two-tone like that.

The penis skin tends to be darker for most people with a pinkish head. :) It's perfectly normal.
