It must be a tight fit or it won't feel right and, more importantly, could leak out sperm and be totally ineffective. Try a different size.

Lubricated usually means it's lubricated on the outside. There will be some on the inside too, but not as much. You can always add lube to the inside before you put it on.

The one I used was Trojan enz. I looked it up online and it said the width was 2". I measured my penis girth and it is 4.5" hard. The narrowest condom I saw was 1.9".

Well how old are you and how big is your penis, length and girth if you don't mind me asking and secondly what size condom did you use? Mine is around 7.5" long and 6" in girth and I have to wear a large so maybe you just had a large or regular when you needed one size down from that

You just need another type of condom. If it was too big then maybe get one size smaller. There are small, medium and large condoms that slightly vary in width within the three categories.

It is worth bearing in mind that the size of a condom refers to the girth. They are all made long enough for someone with a long penis and for those whose penis is of a more normal length the excess will stay rolled up at the base. I think I got lucky, the first time I madturbated using a condom it was just tight enough and only a little too short to reach the base, but since then I have had an occasion when it was too loose and it really didn't feel right, try a tighter condone for sure

Don't worry; masturbating with a condom is not the same as having sex with one on. Jacking off just makes the condom feel flimsy and provides lesser stimulation. On the other hand, fucking with one on doesn't pose as much of a problem.

The thing is that the vagina, or ass if you're into that, are rather tight in nature. As such, it's easier to feel the stimulation even with a condom on. Just make sure you have the correct size and the brand you like when you have one on.
