I was gonna put up a 'Unpopular Opinions' discussion, if there isn't one. Where would I put it?

If it's just a discussion, I'd put in The White Padded Room. If it's more of a debate (and honestly i'm not sure that'd be the best idea) I'd put it in Ramblings of the Wise

I think Ramblings of the Wise would be best suited for this topic. In the past we've had similar threads placed in that sections.
