I smile alot, becuase I simply like making other people happy, I don't like seeing people cry, or worry, but when I do this, I put weight over me, I feel its like, my job to make people smile, and I worry at night, I feel like the whole worlds toppling over me, I feel like I'm the only one who is supposed to do all of this, I smile at everyone, yet on the inside I'm hurt, and sometimes I just can't find a good side to anything.
I want to make people happy.
I just don't want this horrible feeling inside me while I'm doing this

Everyone needs a shoulder to cry on when times are rough and your no exception, although smiling is good you shouldn't feel like its your responsibility to make everyone happy.
Do you having anyone you can talk to? To get your feelings out?

QFT, again!
Yeah, even the helpers need help sometimes. I think it's important to have at least one or two people who you can be open with and allow them to nurture you and take care of you.
Sometimes, it's easier for some people to take care of rather than be taken care of. However, there's a price to be paid in that, always being strong. You're often lonely and vulnerable to depression, always giving and never receiving (or not receiving enough) is often a recipe for unhappiness. Find someone who you can reverse that role with, who you can open up with, and you'll not only be a better care taker, but a happier person, too.

Ah yes I get what you mean. I was like this for a while.
I'd hide all my problems, because I didn't want people worrying about me, and I'd help them all I can. I still do it to a point now, but I have a few people I can talk to.
I would definitley think about why your feeling this way. Why won't you tell people when your down? There can sometimes be more to it, than just not liking to see people sad. For example I never used to open up to people or let them see me cry, because I felt I would be showing them weakness. Perhaps you have something similar, perhaps not. Its just something for you to think about.
But I think its lovely that you like making people happy, that is a very good quality to have, it really is. Just work on things, and if your in a bad mood show it, your friends and family will help you on rough days I'm sure.
Just don't bottle things up to much okay? All the best hun x

Heh, animals are good to talk to when you dont want someone to disagree :P but you should find a person to talk to who can help you, they're better than cats personally :P I think its really cool to put yourself before others, but you should really think of yourself too.
