Would you rather be Tall or Small?

Just a question to see the general preferance.....I'm only 4ft 8-9 so obviously I would like to be tall....but what about you guys?

I hit puberty quite early, so had an early growth spurt. I'm now 17 and 5ft 5 inches (and have been for a while). I'm now watching all my peers get taller than me :-(. I'd like to be a few inches taller!

Tall for sure, girls stop seeing you as cute and small and start seeing you as hot and boy friend material. People start to take you more seriously also, and if someone is annoying you, you can threaten them and dominate them. I know this from experience because when i was younger i was short, but now i grew to be about 6"0. Also girls just prefer to have a boyfriend bigger then them.

But for now don't worry about your height bro, you're only 13. I didn't start to grow fast until i was 14 or 15. Now I'm 17.

I have a metabolc condition tho, so I have growth problems.....It's not just to do with my age, I'm not likely to hit puberty properly for another few years :(

Ahh man i'm sorry to hear that. But at least its only a bit of a delay. You can always just date a younger girl or wait a few years. Worst case scenario, you'll just catch up in a few years. It's all good. I was a pretty late developer. Not to do with a metabolic condition but just genetic factors.

Well I'm taller than average (I'm 6'), and 2 of my friends are far shorter than average (5'3 and 5'4). I say I'd rather be tall and they say they'd rather be short, so I guess it really varies between who you are. I would prefer to be tall, which I am.

Well look at it this way. Most guys like their gf/bf to be smaller than they are (me included). They find it really sexy. You will be fine man :)

I'm 5'3" and I don't really like it. I've always wanted to be around 5'5" or 5'6". And I love tall guys for sure, 6ft+ is the best.

I feel short as duce im almost 16 n 1/2. Im 5ft 7in. Some say im tall and some say im short. I feel short even if Im next to someone of similar hight.

Alex, I know how you feel. I'm 5' tall and I hate it. My dad is 6'1" tall and says that he grew a lot after he turned 14, so hopefully I will too.

Alex i'm about your height (4'8") and i'm 14, it's the worst thing ever! I'm the smallest in my year at school out of the boys, and smaller then most of the girls. It's even worse now coz people are starting to get growth spurts and i'm stuck down here xDD

My shortness comes from my genes and not really starting puberty properly yet. I'm hoping to grow soon thoughhhh

I'm like 5'6" or so; I'm happy with my height. I wouldn't mind being like an inch or two shorter, though. Even though I'm 20, I still have a rather kiddy sounding voice. My friends say that I right now can pose as a high school senior; two inches shorter and probably even a high school freshman. lol.
