Unwanted fetishes

Is there any way to stop unwanted fetishes? I ask b/c I don't know if it's hormonal, psychological, or physically driven, but there is a couple of odd things that turn me on and I don't necessarily want them to. I can't find a way to get it to stop. Has/does anybody else deal with this?

I don't think you can choose what to be turned on by. But I know you can choose not to act on it, if its a big deal for you. Let it be your secret and accept it as a part of you. Personally I dont think you should let anything stop you from enjoying what you might like.

well, i'm not sure how much i want to admit to here, or if it's even ok. But the biggest things are:

wedgies
seeing other girls in their underwear or being seen in mine (which makes gym class really hard) or in tights

Don't fear you fetishes. Some months ago I discovered I have what you might call an embarrassing fetish too, and I initially felt weird about it; but later I came to terms with it and accepted it as part of my own individual sexuality, because that's what it is, and it's ok as long as is not harmful to yourself or anyone else

ok, live with and accept it, that's fine advice. But in my case:

a) I wear bikini panties and the panties I normally wear always give me wedgies at some point during the day. Thongs are perma-wedgies, so they don't help. I don't know why, but wedgies turn me on. Always. So basically, I have that issue at some point each day.
b) I can't help that I have to be in the locker room several times a week. I can't not look and/or not be seen in there. That also turns me on, although not as much as wedgies.

So at some point, I have accepted and tried to deal with it, but since I can't choose these things it gets hard to deal with.

yes i understand, same happens with my fetish i dont realy like it because its weird that i get turned on by that and i didnt choose it, but at the same time it turns me on so much that ive grown to like it. Maybe try other types of underwear that dont give you wedgies. About the lockeroom there is nothing you can do so dont worry.

I have done that b4, but I'm in the locker room every day during school, and there are also days that it is impractical (either wearing shorter skirts or my pants would cause similar problems). But I do that from time to time.

Well, I don't think we have a choice over what we have a fetish for. As long as your fetish doesn't negatively impact yours or others lives, it's fine to fantasize :)

1 - I don't think it matters what your fetishes are coz that's private and you don't have to tell anyone ever.... as long as they don't hurt anyone.

2 - I think its normal for us to have fetishes too coz boy's do and that is kinda expected of them too so why shouldn't we too? If it makes you feel good and you like it then that's your thing and you should do it i say. I have lots of fetishes too and one of them is the same as you so I think its hormonal and perfectly normal as long as you don't force anyone to do something that they don't wanna do.

A fetish is something that turns you on...you don't necessarily have to want it or like it. In my case, I don't exactly want those particular things to turn me on like they do, but they do. So I try to enjoy it when i can and try not to let it bother me too much other times.
