hey everyone, for my whole life i have always been pretty skinny.. i had abs and everything till a couple of months ago but they're gone now and i am starting to put on weight. i was wondering, what exercises do you guys do to keep in shape and how often do you do them? just wondering cause alot of my friends all have abs and i never see them exercising so i dont know how they keep them! thanks :D

I mostly keep in shape by snowboarding and biking at least 3 times a week. I think if you want to get in shape, you can just do the things you like :)

I used to swim at least 3 times a week and that kept me in shape.
But now i am getting fat as i don't go to swimming pool even once a week

First of all have some type of movement everyday, like an hour or half an hour atleast (something like walking or riding bike).
Then go to the gym once or twice a week, where you do cardio and then just lift alot I guess.

I joined a gym and bought a mass gainer to consumer extra carbohydrates, and fats. Also bought a WPI because i wasn't getting enough protein into my diet and it was also convenient. Progress picture below. I'm still training. Stick to it man, it's good to make progress!

Well i lost my wight nad igot fit from doing what i lekd to do like swimming in the summer play football and kick boxing :) and then i joined a gym and i bouh some protein to make my muscles ;)

Go to the gym and look up exercises to do in a fan of pull-ups and push ups (they help ur arms) and ab presses

Well I swim! That's a really good workout! Plus I go to the gym! But even if you don't have a gym or you don't want to swim, you can go online and look at good workouts to do. Get a workout buddy. And also make sure you watch what you're eating! That does come into play!

fluctuated a bit over time, but would have to recommend a combo of cardio (running, swimming, etc.) and weights. Watching what you eat is key - can't have burgers and fries on a regular
