I've often heard guys say that if Angelina Jolie or whatever was their mother then they would definitely still want to have sex with her i.e. if their sister or whatever was really hot then they'd be interested.

I recently heard someone say that and it has got me thinking. Surely if however hot the girl was, you have still grown up with her as your sister. So it is easy to say this about someone like Angelina Jolie who obviously isn't your mother and so you don't think of her that way. I think pretty much anyone who would sleep with their sister probably isn't thinking about looks.

What do you guys think?

I am not straight. But I would imagine that if you grew up with someone, especially a parent, you would not tend to think about them in any sort of sexual context. Even thinking about my parents' sex life is enough to make me cringe. To me the idea of having sex with a parent is quite disturbing and unfathomable.

I think they are just speaking figuratively or exaggerating.
Like they think that person is so hot they would supposedly have sex with that person no matter what.

I agree I dont think they actually would, either that or they dont really give it full thought.
