My form tutor says i need to look at uni. NOW. Im 13. Im doing an early german gcse. The uni she said are redbrick. She said imperial, bristol. Can anyone tell me some others? Has anyone here been to a redbrick?

You do not need to look at uni now... if you have an idea about exactly what you want to do then it may influence what you choose at GCSE but then your GCSEs do not effect your chances of getting into Unis unless you're aiming for Oxford or Cambridge :p You probably want to look before you choose your A-levels because not all units accept all combinations of A-levels.
Seriously though, a lot can change between being 13 and 17 (when you'll be applying for uni).
"Redbrick" university is a term that is hugely disputed about who counts as one and who doesn't anyway and isn't necessarily a marker of the best universities. You're better off looking at which Universities are in the Russel Group, and even then, there are many good universities that aren't.
Basically there's no point in you looking yet really and when it does come to it what you want to be looking at is the Times Higher Education guide and things such as RAE scores, not whether it is "redbrick" or not.
