Douching?

Hello everyone,

So I was just wondering if you girls douche regularly in order to clean out your areas. I personally have douched before and it seems to be very hygienic.

Also for those of you that anally mbate, do you douche before or after masturbation. Thanks

There's never a need to. The vagina is "self cleaning oven" according to my ob/gyn.

I don't douche, there is really no reason for it and mom says if I want to I can but our bodies cleans themselves, and it also offsets your body chemistry. I think douches is just a way for companies to make money. LOL

No, and you shouldn't. Every great now and then probably won't hurt, but you really shouldn't do it regularly.

NO douching needed. It breaks down ur vagina's natural chemistry. Since you have already started douching, you will more than likely, be doing it for the rest of you life. Also you will be more prone to infections. Douche? ....Never!!

I always believed in not messing in what's already working... And my doctor says it isn't necessary, so I never douched...

i dont douche, my doctor says the vagina cleans itself so there is no need to douche. And ive never done anal masturbation so no need there also
