Huge problem with facebook,please help

Ok,so I have a rather unusual problem and I didn't find any help on google,basically when I send a message to someone they don't see it,not everyone,but only people that go on facebook with their cell phones,so the messages probably go to ,,other messages,, and then people don't get notifications and it doesn't matter if I send 1 or 100 messages its like they are not here,the only way I get people to see my messages is to ,,beg,, someone else to tell them too look at my messages,but I can't do that always,so...any ideas?

If your not their friends they go to the other folder and their probably never seen. That may be it :p

I am their friends obviously,I have talked normally with all of them before,but this stuff started about 2,3 weeks ago.
