Website to find friends in same area?

Ok well I have a thread explaining about why I don't like my friend group and I want to find new friends, but I was wondering if there is a website I can easily find people who live near me so we can chat for a bit and see if we like the same stuff. I'm 14 by the way.

Any ideas?

I know, it's so hard to find friends these days. Someone needs to create a website where you can search your area for other people your age.

Yeah it would be awesome but it may come with some problems. Lol
