hair cut dilemma

I'm getting my hair cut soon, and I have absolutely no idea how to cut it, I don't know if I wanna keep it how it is (see my profile for a pic) or change it up a bit??

Maybe a little trim and some layers.
Some inspiration; if you find something that you like, you can print out a photo and your hairstylist can work off of that...
