so i told someone about my cutting yesterday thinking it might help to talk to someone but now im afraid that shes gona tell my grandma and i dont know what to do because i cant say its not true since i have six fresh cuts on my arm i realy trust her and i know that she is worried for me but i dont want her to tell my grandma and im going to her house tommrow
