Possibilty of finished puberty??

I started puberty at about 10 or 11 not really sure, but I'm currently 13 years old. I guess in these 2-3 years I have matured a lot. I grew to 5'9 in height, and have a 5.1-5.5 inch erect penis. I really feel like I'm done growing. I'm pretty hairy, I have armpit hair, pubic hair, leg and arm hair, and facial hair, can it be because of my dad since he is persian and is really hairy? My parents say that I'll grow, and that they still see me change over time even at 13, but I feel like they're lying to me in order to make me feel confident and better. Please answer.

Luckily for you, you were an early bloomer. Be proud of all the body hair you've got as most people your age can only dream of such a thing. You WILL grow, let me just tell you that. You may not see a significant change, but puberty doesn't end till you're about 20. Your parents aren't lying to you, but there won't be a huge change, most likely. Now at only 5.1"-5.8" i'd say you could possibly stay that way, grow a little, or grow a lot. Give it some time, and you'll get your answer. You can ask your dad if he was an early bloomer, and ask him other things about puberty. Most likely you'll end up the same way as him, but I can't guarantee anything.

You may have done a lot of it already. How tall are your parents? You may develop still. if you're already similar height as your dad, you may well be nearly there height wise. Unfortunately, only time will tell for sure

There is a lot more to do with being fully grown up than size and hair.
You're still just a young teenage boy. It will be a while before you are a gown man.

My mom is 5'9 like me but my dad is 5'6. But my parents say that I'll be tall because, they both believe that I look and took my moms genetics more than my dad. Since the males from my moms side are in the 6-6'4 range and from my dads, the males are no taller than 6 feet.

I look more like the people/brothers from my mothers side aswell. Perhaps it's because of that x chromosome who says the most ;).

You're puberty is going wel I guess. I doubt it's finished since the one thing that doesn't stop developing till your mid twinties... is your prefrontal cortex, which will become your frontal cortex.

Since you're an early bloomer your body might be finished with growing earlier than average, but not this early.

Don't worry about it. :) I'm hairy and have substantially more hair than most guys my age (15) and i'm a bit ahead of the puberty game! It's nothing to worry about because it's different for everyone! Everyone has room to grow though, so i wouldn't say that you're necessarily done however it's possible. :) At your age i would say it's probably your voice that has yet to change fully.
