There's this guy at my school.. he's new and I was nice and polite to him and welcoming when he first arrived and now, he's like obsessed. He leaves notes in my locker, he always finds away to contact me, he JUST called me now from a new number and I hung up. I feel rude doing all of this, but I'm not comfortable with how he acts. He tells me he loves me and how he wants to put a ring on my finger and how he wants to be with me
I have gone to the teachers about this, and they just talked to him. I told my parents and they blocked his number but like I said, he always finds a way to reach me.
I've stopped saying hi to him and he's only a couple lockers down so he makes sure I notice him by always slamming his locker shut and hitting it and storming away... I have at least one of my friends with me at all times because I don't want confrontation.
I'm running out of options. And I'm tired of this. I just want him to leave me alone.

At this point, I just it to stop. He can't take a hint.. and I know I sound rude and witchy... and I apologize, but it gets old

That's really annoying... and creepy.
Instead of ignoring him, pull him aside and tell him sternly, face-to-face, to leave you alone and that you don't want any sort of relationship with him. Then ignore him. Hopefully he gets the message and drops the issue.
If not, then I guess plan B will probably have to be tundravortex's suggestion above ^^^

I have told him numerous times face to face to leave me alone. I did that before I started ignoring

If your have told and ignored him and he's still doing it, Your only choice is to go all spartan brutal on his ass. He will think you're crazy but hey it will stop him

Yeah, the best thing to do would be to tell him face-to-face that you don't like what he's doing and that he needs to stop. And yes, if plan A fails, try tundravortex's idea. That should get the message across to him pretty well.
