Now, there's a whole backstory to this, but it's extremely complicated. Mainly, it just explains how my feelings have progressed and changed up until this has happened, involving four girls, some good friends, some enemies and a very complex mix of events. It is relevant but not necessarily important, and it is way too long, so I won't give you that.
Just so you know that, before reading on.
Basically, I just came to a new school, and ever since I started I've noticed that one girl in most of my classes tends to stare at me quite a bit. I've gone over several possibilities - e.g., perhaps she's looking at a boy who happens to sit near me a lot, or she could just be casually glancing around the room, etc. Whenever she sees that I've noticed her staring at me, she looks away hurriedly, and whenever she walks past me she gives me an awkward glance - out of the corner of her eye.
Even my friend has noticed that she has been staring at me - he sat down next to me and said to me several times "Joel, that girl's staring at you..."
Am I overanalysing, or is there a chance that she likes me?? As I said before, I've had a lot of experience with girls, even if none of them worked out. I'm quite smart (don't mean to brag.. but it's true...) and I'm quite a logical thinker, so I'm pretty sure I'm not waaaaay off the mark.
Though, it's still a possibility.
Thanks :)
