Hi Im a 13 year old boy. I was just wondering I never had a girlfriend. Im too scared to ask them out. I know that all of my friends have dating experience. Is it normal to not have dated when you're 13?

Are you a korean? It is normal. You still have a lot of time. When you get a bit older you'll not be scared anymore to ask them out :) ..and koreans don't really date at this age

No set age, just more about when it comes, some have it earlier(me sorta) or later. You can only learn so much from words, experience is something entirely in itself.
