The full error message is this: "The Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. Only disk content will be available and saving will be disabled."

I've had this problem for two going on three days now. I went to a friend's house and logged onto my Live account there with his copy of the game and his Xbox 360. The online was fine there using my account, but here at my place, it's all screwy. I must add that my connection is fine. I can watch Netflix and play other Xbox games online.

TL;DR: I can't access GTA Online with my Xbox and my copy of GTA V. But on another Xbox with a different copy of GTA V, but the same account, it works fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Its probably something with your IP address try changing your dns settings to see if that does anything. I have been getting the same messages but am still able to play online.

it could be that rockstar is cracking down on the modded servers so that could be one reason why u might be able to play online, maybe u were in a modded lobby and didnt even know it

Try testing your internet connection on your Xbox. Worked for me.
