But the G spot is located a few inches up your hole along the frontal wall of the rectum, pretty much in the center. It's really not that hard to understand the question guys. The prostate, or male G-spot is located aproximately 2" into the anal cavity. It's on the anterior side (facing forward). In easier terms, it's in your anus right behind your dick. You'll feel a small bump if you look hard enough. That would be your prostate. It's true that the actual term "G-Spot" (Grafenberg Spot) began as a term for the spot inside the vagina with the highest sensations. However, it has become more common to also refer to the male prostate gland as a G-Spot.
