Hi there,
I'm wondering about the medical term for the part of the penis that somewhat attaches the foreskin to the actual head of the penis. This is probably only for uncut guys - Anyone know?

The head of the penis, including the underside where it's sensitive, is called the Glans.

I believe you're describing the "frenulum"

I believe you're describing the "frenulum"
The Frenulum is the area between the scrotum and the anus. Sometimes referred to as the "taint" or "choad".
The OP was asking about the area around the head of the penis, where the foreskin would attach. The head is called the Glans.

I believe it's called the "Banjo String" in slang, the somewhat of a wire connecting the foreskin to the head of the penis.
Would that be the "Glans"?

I stand corrected.
Yes, the part the OP is referring to is indeed the "Frenulum of Prepuce". Also referred to as the Banjo String. It's the thin line that starts at the "V" on the underside of the head (Glans) and heads down to the shaft.
I was mistakenly referring to the Perenium earlier, which is the area between the scrotum and anus.
