Are you talking about just watching through a "glory hole" or actually performing a sex act?

There's a lot of risk involved with this sort of scenario, since you don't know who's on the other side, or what they may do to you - or worse, what disease they may give you.

Of course, the "unknown" is the reason for doing this, and the source of the thrill. You just need to be smart about it. Too many bad things can happen.
